Duration: 5 hours, once a week

The seminar is conducted online through the ZOMM platform once a week for five weeks, with the possibility of full interactivity, two-way questioning and interaction between participants.
The seminar is videoed in its flow, allowing trainees to follow it at a time that suits them, in case they are absent from one of the courses.
The material throughout the training will be in a private Facebook group created by the instructor and will be available from the beginning to one month after the end of the program, strictly and only for the participants of each class.
