A few words about the seminar
The seminar aims at enhancing the profile of prospective employees through the presentation of proven techniques for highlighting one’s uniqueness and making the most of it.
With updated guidance on the ways in which an individual can stand out from the competition, the participant will have the opportunity to formulate his/her own professional goal and achieve it!
Training Mode:
The seminar is divided into six modules and is conducted online through the ZOM platform for three weeks, with 2 modules per week.
It is videoed in its flow, providing the trainees with the possibility to watch it at a time that suits them, in case they are absent from one of the courses. The material will be available on tape in a closed online group for one month after the end of the course.
Additional material is provided by the presenter Nelly Belki in the form of articles, ppt and video to consolidate the information.
The seminar is addressed to those who want to:
- discover their unique characteristics and promote them properly in the workplace
- communicate effectively at a professional level, using appropriate personality skills
- gain a job that suits them but also maintain it by aiming high!
A Certificate of Attendance is sent upon completion of the seminar.

Duration: 12 hours

1st meeting
1. Personal Branding – Authenticity, Using Social Media for business purposes
2. CV – Modern Trends, Cover Letter – Forms
2nd meeting
3. Job Interview – Answering Techniques, Professional Profile Assessment by recruiters
4. Interpersonal Communication and Professional Relationships, Soft Skills and Professional Success
3rd meeting
5. Optimal Career Decision Making, Career Transition and Successful Adaptation
6.Time and Task Management, Priorities and Effective Targeting
Fifteen days after the 3rd session, followed by a debriefing session to assess results and questions.
Upon completion of the training, the material is left taped in a closed online group for 10 days for the benefit of all participants.
