Greek Gaming Academy Statement on Personal Data Protection based on EU Regulation 2016/679
The School through its website (www.greekgamingacademy.gr) declares that it respects the individual rights and manages the personal data of its registrants in accordance with their consent and the applicable legislation.
A prerequisite for following the programs is that the data of each interested party is registered. After their approval, their use will be exclusively for training and information purposes.
The Greek Gaming Academy website (www.greekgamingacademy.gr) keeps personal data correct and up to date and through technical means ensures their protection.
Based on the law and personal rights, it is obliged and will proceed to their deletion if this is desired by the registrants.

Conditions of participation in the courses
PROCEDURE & REGISTRATION POLICY
The Greek Gaming Academy is open to anyone from the age of 12 years and above with the consent of parents – guardians for trainees aged 12 – 18
The same applies to their participation in any action of the School.
The programs are implemented remotely with modern and asynchronous training.
Synchronous Education
The School’s webinars require the simultaneous participation of trainees and presenters via an internet connection. There is real-time interaction with the possibility of immediate exchange of educational material and opinions.
Start dates are announced on the School’s pages (site – social media), via email and promotional activities.
Registration is done via the website by filling in the special application forms and payment of the relevant cost of each programme via debit or credit card. Depending on the programme, there will be an option to pay in instalments up to the end of the training.
In case of completion of a section, the registration option will be deactivated and a special information message will be displayed.
Upon completion of the registration, an email contact is sent to the respective lecturer for technical clarifications regarding the start of the course.
Once registration is completed, no changes or corrections will be possible.
Asynchronous Training
The e-learning of the School is provided with the possibility of attendance by any interested person any day and time he wishes, from his computer as long as he has Internet access. The simultaneous participation of participants-instructors is not required. Each trainee chooses his/her personal space-time and having secured his/her registration has immediate access to the programme of his/her choice which consists of video-recorded lessons and will be available to him/her without any time limitation.

Registration is completed upon completion of payment and the person concerned is immediately informed of his/her accessibility to the program he/she has chosen.

Use of Audiovisual Material
Photography, video and audio recording of the course, as well as any reproduction of audiovisual material is prohibited.
The Greek Gaming Academy has the right to republish photos and audiovisual material from the courses. Each participant fully acknowledges and accepts this right by registering.
Transaction Cancellation Policy & Cancellation of Enrollment
Once enrolled, it is not possible to refund the appropriate amount or transfer it to another person or program.

The purpose of this policy is to support the actions of operators.
The School is committed to implementing the sponsorship within the timeframe of the action, subject to compliance with the terms agreed with the organisation concerned.
