The social face of the Greek Gaming Academy (GGA), since its establishment in 2014 until today, is outlined through the implementation of the program “Knowledge is Power”, which includes free presentations, briefings, sponsorships and courses.
With our actions we support the 4th and 8th Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations (Agenda 2030).
The aim of the program is to contribute to a healthy relationship between gamers and online gaming, to de-demonize gaming and Esports,
education in their proper use, to highlight the benefits and ways to use them, as well as to present the professional perspectives. Embracing the favourite hobby of children and adolescents creates a basis for educational choices and opens up horizons for professions such as: Professional Gamers, Game Creators, Designers, Journalists, Analysts, Event Planners, Scouts, Managers, Public Relations Officers, etc.
The GGA team informs, clarifies, provides answers. Program presenters, coaches and partners share their knowledge and experience through free presentations and webinars to municipalities, schools, educational institutions, associations, companies and the media.
