What is Tekken 7

Tekken 7 (Japanese: 鉄拳7) is a fighting video game created and released by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game is part of the Tekken series and is the first to use Unreal Engine technology. The game also has a limited arcade version, which was released in March 2015. In July 2016, an updated arcade version called Tekken 7: Fated Retribution was released, which included new characters, tracks, and items.

Purpose of the game

This is a fighting game in which players engage in one-on-one battles with a wide variety of human, animal and supernatural characters. Players use punches, kicks and martial arts throws to deplete opponents’ life meters. Some characters can also use machine guns or throw fireballs at opponents.

How to train
Suggested first training cycle over a max of 3 months, includes 8 hours of Coaching and 4-6 hours of Mindfulness. This period also determines the continuation.

The game coach is in contact with the gamer via discord where the level assessment and targeting is done together. The next meeting – also via discord – is with the Mindfulness facilitator , who can help the gamer in improving his performance, in gaining better concentration of the details that are essential to the flow of the game, in becoming more aware of thoughts, emotions, sensations. Also, in maintaining psychological balance, in managing stress during competitive periods, but also in dealing with every situation with an open mind, acceptance and understanding.
Thus the gamer develops, evolves and is driven towards success in a safe and healthy environment.
